About Pilates Pull Up™

Movement is personal. Finding your place should be too.

Pilates Pull Up is a movement discovery and community platform built to make wellness easier to navigate and more meaningful to experience. We connect people with studios, instructors, classes, events and opportunities that fit how they actually want to move.

We believe finding the right space is about more than distance. It is about the energy in the room, the instructor, the method, the community and whether you can see yourself coming back.

Pilates Pull Up brings those pieces together so you can spend less time searching and more time moving.

Built with representation and inclusion at its core, and open to everyone who moves.

Our mission

Easier to discover. More personal to navigate. More connected to community.

Pilates Pull Up exists to help people find movement that fits their real lives while creating more visibility and opportunity for the studios, instructors and communities shaping wellness.

We are building the infrastructure between discovery and belonging: a place where someone can find their next class, meet an instructor, discover a studio, join an event, build a routine and eventually look back at an entire movement journey in one place.

Our vision

Movement that feels as personal as the music you love.

A world where finding movement feels as personal as choosing the music you love, the places you return to and the communities you call yours.

Pilates Pull Up is starting with discovery. It grows into the network connecting movers, instructors, studios, events, brands and opportunities across the wellness ecosystem.

That is the direction of the company, not a description of its size today.

Founder

I didn't want another list of studios. I wanted a better way to find your place.

DaiJah · Founder, Pilates Pull Up™

Pilates Pull Up started with something I kept noticing in my own movement journey: finding a class was easy. Finding the right class, instructor, energy and community was not.

I love movement, but what has always mattered to me just as much is connection. I am the person who wants to know where people go, why they love it, who teaches there and whether someone walking in for the first time will actually feel comfortable coming back.

That curiosity became Pilates Pull Up.

I'm building the platform I wanted to use myself: one place to discover movement, follow the people behind it, find community and eventually see the story of your wellness journey taking shape over time.

Pilates is where the idea started. The vision is bigger than one modality. It's about helping people find movement that feels like theirs.

Where we're going

Discovery is the beginning.

Pilates Pull Up begins with discovery. As the community grows, the platform will expand into saved recommendations, instructor profiles, events, talent opportunities, Pull Up Crew and tools that help members see their movement journey over time.
